Meet Mikey! We adopted Mikey from our amazing partner, Adopt A Rescued Friend (AARF). He is the perfect service dog for our Veteran, Jordan. He is a very sweet and cuddly guy, and a very quick learner. 

Mikey gets outfitted with all the latest and trendiest gear, which only comes close to matching his skills. He alerts to Jordan’s medical needs and supports her at school and work. 

Jordan and Mikey continue to support other Veterans at the Monthly Group Program, sharpening their skills and making the incoming Rescue pups and Veterans feel right at home!

“Mikey is such a blessing! I never know how much I needed him until we were paired. We have grown so much together in such a short time! He now alerts to my heart condition if my heartrate gets too high, which I knew was something I needed but didn’t know if he would catch on to. The Rescue and Mikey have honestly made me confident and stronger, and I can’t thank them enough!”
