Major & Mark

We would like to introduce Major, our newly adopted service dog in-training! Once again, AARF Houston has come through with an amazing pup for our Program. Major is about 3 years old, about 47 pounds, and about as smart as they come! He is already mastering basic obedience and starting some service skills after only a few weeks with us! Foster Dad

Ken reports Major loves to snuggle, doesn’t really care about any loud noises, and wants to be friends with everyone he meets. He is going to make one of the Veterans on our waiting list a FANTASTIC partner!
We are so blessed to have ANOTHER perfect pairing with one of our full training dogs and his Veteran. Mark Krotzer and Major are a fantastic team, and Major is going to be living his best life as Mark’s service dog. They had an incredible transition over 4 days (End of June 2021) and Major is fitting right in with Mark’s family already! Welcome to the family Mark & Melanie!
