How to Apply

If you are a Veteran living with PTSD and feel a psychiatric service dog will improve your quality of life, please fill out and submit the Introductory Application Form below.

All information submitted to the Rescue for PTSD will be kept confidential and treated with the respect you deserve.

A Rescue for PTSD Team Member will contact you to continue the conversation about a potential partnership.
